Once you're happy with your order details and quote, we'll confirm everything with you before we begin.
We prepare and deliver
Once payment is made, we'll prepare your poi and arrange delivery to your kura, rōpū or chosen address.
Once payment is made you can expect your order within 5-10 working days

How do I place a bulk or kura order?
Simply complete our bulk & kura enquiry form with your requirements. Let us know what you're looking for, and we'll get back to you to discuss your order and next steps.
Can I order different colours?
Absolutely! You can request different colours or colour combinations to suit your kura, rōpū, event or kaupapa.
Can I mix poi sizes?
Of course. You can mix and match poi sizes within your order to suit the needs of your performers.
How long will my order take?
Once payment has been received, you can expect your order to arrive within 7–14 days (5–10 working days). Please allow a little extra time for larger or more customized orders where required.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
At this stage, our standard product pricing applies to bulk and kura orders. You're still welcome to get in touch with your requirements, and we'll be happy to work through your order with you.
Can I request something specific for my group?
Yes! If you have a specific colour combination, sizing requirement or something else in mind for your group, let us know. We're always happy to kōrero through your requirements and see how we can help.
