Shipping & Delivery

At NZ Poi Shop, we want to make our delivery process as simple and transparent as possible. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, which means you’ll only pay for the size and weight of what you’re sending. This allows us to offer fair rates for smaller parcels, like a single poi set, while accurately covering the cost of larger or heavier orders, such as multiple sets or bulk foam. All parcels are sent via NZ Post, and rates vary by delivery zone to reflect the actual cost of getting your order safely to you.

We ship nationwide with NZ Post.
Delivery timeframes are 1–3 working days (extra time may be needed for rural addresses).
